Confirmations: If the reservation you requested is available a confirmation letter will be sent to you. As soon as you receive it, please review the information and notify us of any errors and/or omissions. If you do not notify us of any errors and/or omissions we will assume that all the information is correct. If you do not receive your confirmation letter please notify us immediately. The toll free number for notifications is 1-866-726-5010. We can also fax you your confirmation. Simply request that we do so in the special requests/comments box.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: The credit card you provide will be charged for a deposit equal to one third (1/3) of your entire stay or one (1) night, whichever is greater. This deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable provided you cancel 21 days or more in advance of your arrival date. For cancellations call toll free: 1-866-726-5010. Cancellations made 20 days or less in advance of your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit including all taxes and service charges. Failure to notify us of your cancellation will result in your credit card being charged for the full amount of your stay including all taxes and service charges.
